The UK StartUp Awards celebrate the achievements of new businesses across ten regions and nations throughout the UK, recognising startups that are making an impact in their industries. The awards highlight businesses in their first few years of trading that are showing innovation, growth and ambition.
IP Moat has been shortlisted in the Global StartUp of the Year category in the East of England, recognising businesses building international reach and supporting customers beyond the UK market. As a platform focused on helping brands tackle counterfeit listings and IP infringement across online marketplaces worldwide, this recognition reflects the growing demand for scalable brand protection in e-commerce.
Over the last year, we’ve continued expanding the IP Moat platform to help businesses detect and remove counterfeit products, copied images and trademark infringements across online marketplaces more efficiently. As infringement tactics evolve, particularly with the rise of AI-generated copyright infringement and increasingly sophisticated counterfeit operations, brands need tools that can keep pace.
The regional finals for the UK StartUp Awards will take place across the UK throughout June, with winners from each region progressing to the national finals later this year at Ideas Fest in Hertfordshire.
Anna Taylor-Maughan, Co-founder of IP Moat, said:
"We’re excited to be shortlisted for Global StartUp of the Year. It’s a great moment for the team and a reflection of the work we’ve put into building something that genuinely helps brands protect themselves online. We’re looking forward to the event and meeting other ambitious businesses from across the region."
We’d like to thank everyone who has supported IP Moat so far, including our customers, partners and wider network. We’re looking forward to attending the awards and sharing further updates soon.
