We do offer a discount on annual subscriptions, but as standard our plans run on a monthly basis. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upgrades take place immediately and downgrade occur at the end of your monthly billing cycle.

We are also beta testing the IP Moat Copyright Vault. This allows you to upload, store, and verify your creative works - all in one place.

When we submit takedown requests we act on behalf of the business that owns the IP. The account information held in IP Moat needs to match this IP owner information. Therefore a separate IP Moat account (and subscription) is needed for each company which owns Intellectual Property.

You can access multiple accounts using a single login with our Enterprise plan which our team can set up for you.

No paid intellectual property (such as a trademark or patent) is required in order to remove counterfeit listings.

• If your products are an expression of art (e.g. a decoration, jewellery, etc), then your designs will be covered under copyright law.
• If your products are functional (e.g. anything that is not an expression of art), then we can still protect your listing photography under copyright law.

Patents are accepted as evidence on most major marketplaces. eBay, TikTok and Shein currently require a court order to be in place before they will remove counterfeit listings. In some cases counterfeit listings will use an element from your photography. In this case we can fall back to copyright law to have the listings removed.

IP Moat is a self service tool which discovers infringing listings and makes it super simple to request removal of listings from online marketplaces.

This gives you full control over the listings you send for removal. Our system and team contacts the marketplaces and websites on your behalf in order to have listings taken down and manages any communication and resubmissions to completion.

We understand that while on the Essentials plan, you might want to change the marketplaces that you monitor. You can update your selected marketplaces from the plan selection screen. Alternatively you can get in contact with our team at hello@ipmoat.ai and they will be more than happy to swap them around for you. All we ask is that you allow IP Moat to monitor a marketplace for at least a month before you ask to swap.

If you find yourself in a position where you need more cover and would like to add further marketplace protection to your plan, just drop us an email at hello@ipmoat.ai and our team can add further protection to your subscription. You can do this at any time during the month. Additional charges are charged pro rata.

Our Essentials plan uses eBay as the base marketplace. Each additional marketplace is charged at $35 a month. If you would like to choose a different base marketplace, just drop our team an email at hello@ipmoat.ai.

IP Moat has no contract to tie you into a monthly subscription, therefore you can change your plan into order to suit you and your level of infringement. If an ongoing Premium subscription is difficult each month then we recommend starting with a Premium plan to remove up to 200 listings from all supported marketplaces, then dropping down to the Essentials plan to target and monitor key marketplaces where your own sales are focused.

IP Moat offers a one time free audit on the products you choose to enter into the 'products' section of your dashboard. Once the audit is complete, you will be sent the results.
